The Company operates solely as an independent third party in distributing Data Agents and does not act as a financial advisor or fiduciary in any capacity.

A “Data Agent” is a software license, granting the holder the right to perform a defined set of activities within the Ringfence AI ecosystem.

To be eligible to use the Website (including its services) or participate in the Data Agent(s) distribution, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. The Website, its interface, and services are strictly NOT offered to individuals or entities that reside in, are citizens of, are incorporated in, or have a registered office in any Restricted Territory, as defined below (any such individual or entity from a Restricted Territory shall be referred to as a Restricted Person). 5. They do not represent money (including electronic money), payment instruments, securities, commodities, bonds, debt instruments, or any other financial instruments or investments.
6. They do not constitute loans to the Company, the Distributor, or their affiliates, nor do they imply any debt obligation or expectation of profit or interest payments.
7. They do not provide holders with any ownership or equity interest in the Company, the Distributor, or their affiliates.

Purchasing Ringfence Data Agent(s) grants ownership and operational rights as specified in the relevant terms. However, it does not confer any ownership in Ringfence AI, nor does it imply any profit-sharing rights, voting rights, or control over the operations of Ringfence AI. Following the distribution of Ringfence AI Data Agent(s), users hold no profit-sharing rights, voting rights, or control over the Company’s operations, nor any economic or legal rights or beneficial interests in the assets of the Company, Distributor, or their affiliates.

Should a secondary market or exchange for trading Ringfence AI Data Agent(s) emerge, it will function independently of the Company, the Distributor, and Ringfence AI. The Company and the Distributor will neither establish nor operate any exchange for Ringfence AI Data Agent(s).

Ringfence AI makes no guarantees regarding network stability, Data Agent(s) performance, or any rewards tied to the operation of Data Agent(s). External factors, technical developments, and market conditions may affect the value and functionality of Ringfence AI Data Agent(s).

Ringfence AI reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Data Agent(s) sale, including features, terms of use, or operational structure, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be announced on this website.

Ringfence AI and its affiliates bear no liabilities for any losses, damages, or obligations resulting from your participation in the Data Agent(s) sale or the operation of purchased Data Agent(s).

By participating in the Data Agent(s) sale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer and the associated sale conditions.
